After we put in a “request of service” the very next morning Our Maintenance Man Kevin quickly found the root of the issue while explaining each step in the process of repair. Our ac now feels even colder than before, we definitely felt taken care of. 😄👍

I wanted to take a moment out to share so far my experience living at Sun Valley Apts in Portland,Tx. From the moment I walked into the office to apply for an Apt. I was greeted with the best hospitality and such a wonderful person as my soon to be Land Lord Josie Ibarra, not only was she friendly she was very helpful, and now a days its so hard to find especially with apt complexes. She definitely made me feel like this was the place to call home. Ive been living in the apts now for about 6 months now and I can say I'm very happy here. Its a very great neighborhood, extremely quite. I have yet seen one police at our apts and that's a great sign. Im even pleased to say if you have anything wrong with your apt they tend to it right away. That is defiantly a PLUS. Over all I want to say thank You Sun Valley for finally being a place I can call home.
